Delivery and costs
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days where ever possible. On odd occasions, we may not be able to adhere to this policy, in which case your order will be with you as soon as possible.
We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via email and will issue a dispatch confirmation when your order has left our warehouse.
In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please email us on enquirieshighsociety@gmail.com, stating your order number and we will investigate with our couriers and keep you informed via email.
Please note that weekends and all public holidays are not classed as working days.

To return an item please fill in the returns form you receive with your order. If you do not have a returns form within your parcel please contact us on enquirieshighsociety@gmail.com. Return your parcel to the address stated on the returns form. We can not take responsibility for any returned parcels until they are back with us so we recommend using a trackable service for your returns. We do not cover the cost of returning the item.
The item you would like to return must be repackaged, along with the filled out returns form. The item should reach us in the same condition it was received and should be unworn and with the tags attached.
We only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour. Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed. If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a credit note for the amount spent minus the original delivery charges.
Once an exchange has been approved it will be sent out to you free of charge.
Taking care of your items
When trying on items of clothing please do not remove the labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging. If you are returning shoes please do not use the shoebox as the outer packaging. Shoe boxes should be shipped in mailing bags or packing paper.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached and within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

Refunds
If the returned item meets all our requirements (unworn, odour-free, tags attached and in perfect condition with enclosed returns form) we will issue a refund. This refund will be processed no later then 30 days from the date we receive your parcel. We will only refund the item, not the original delivery fee. please note, refunds not be given for items bought in store. A credit note or exchange will be offered. Exchanges

Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
